Production Time:
Each case is handmade to order. Our current production time is 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed. This does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time:
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.

Shipping Area:
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including Puerto Rico.

Rush Orders:
Need your case faster? We offer a limited number of rush slots for an additional fee. Shop that option here.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. That said, we’ll always do our best to help you troubleshoot if something goes wrong—just reach out at hello@shopchunky.us.
